Kymanox started out as an abstract concept in 2002, when the founder, Stephen M. Perry, was involved in a series of manufacturing projects. These projects required unique hybridizations of managerial, functional and technical methodologies. By mid-2004, the concept was being researched and refined. Kymanox materialized into a versatile consulting operation by the end of 2004. By the beginning of 2005, the company's first formal proposal was awarded.
