MANAGEMENT
A team approach is used to assist both Kymanox and its clients. Below are members of the Kymanox management team:

Sarah J. Perry 
Chairman, Owner, and Operator
Sarah is the owner and operator of Kymanox. She funded Kymanox during its start-up and first year of operation and has led the following areas at Kymanox: Business Operations, Sales and Marketing, Client Services, and Human Resources. Prior to Kymanox, Sarah held positions of increasing responsibility for market development at J. P. Morgan Chase , Oakwood Corporate Housing, Texas Guaranteed (TG), Keller Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, and North Carolina State University. Sarah graduated from Saint Mary’s College with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree. She is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), Women in BIO, and Parenteral Drug Association (PDA).

Stephen M. Perry 
President and CEO
Stephen is the founder, president, and CEO of Kymanox. He has over 15 years of cGMP biopharma manufacturing experience as a process engineer, project manager, and regulatory advisor. Before starting Kymanox, Stephen held various leadership roles supporting successful scale-up, start-up and commercialization initiatives at M+W Group, Abbott Laboratories, Covance Biotechnology Services, Diosynth Biotechnology and Human Genome Sciences. Stephen graduated with high honors with a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He has also studied at the graduate level at Purdue University. Stephen speaks regularly as an industry expert on technology transfer, project management, risk management, and validation.

Colleen Sico, ChemE, MBA 
Vice President, DC Operations
Colleen is an experienced technical, quality, and process manager with a background in business and chemical engineering. She has fifteen years of broad experience in successful small and large biopharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining Kymanox, Colleen held a variety of technical leadership roles in MedImmune, Human Genome Sciences, BiogenIdec, Emergent, and Novavax. These roles included technology development, cell culture development, clinical manufacturing, technical transfer, and project management. Colleen holds a Masters in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Kevin C. Brown, PMP

Vice President, Information Technology
Kevin brings over fifteen years of technology and systems integration experience to Kymanox including extensive expertise in the development and project management of large-scale, on-demand applications. Kevin is also experienced in Computer Software Validation, helping clients achieve FDA approval on software for pharmaceuticals and medical devices. At Kymanox, Kevin has spearheaded the integration of internet technologies into all aspects of the business, including the development of CMOLocator and KymaSTORE. Kevin graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a concentration in Management Information Systems. Kevin is PMP Certified and a member of the Triangle Technology Executives Council (TTEC) and the Project Management Institute.

Stan Walczynski, P.E., MBA 
Vice President, Chicago Operations
Stan has extensive experience in technical development and operations, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and project management with a background in engineering, environmental management, chemical processes and business. Prior to Kymanox, Stan held various leadership positions in process operations, engineering, managerial, regulatory, quality assurance and environmental companies including Safety-Kleen Corp, Chemical Waste Management, Turner Construction, and Green Associates. His experience in project management, engineering and process, production and facility development provides sound expertise in the field. He has successfully led multiple engineering, investigation and development projects at both large and small corporations and for private clients. Stan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Bradley University.
