Kymanox utilizes Ideal Knowledge Transfer (IKT) and Formal Problem Solving Methods to help clients with these issues. Our emphasis on knowledge transfer ensures that clients are able to troubleshoot problems on their own the next time around.

Some of the problem solving methods that we apply are:

  • “Stop. Analyze. Think. Plan. Do. Repeat (if necessary).” Following these steps ensures what you’re doing is efficient and effective.
  • Using structured brainstorming and analysis techniques (e.g., Fishbone / Ishikawa diagram, DMAIC, FMEA) and documenting the results.
  • Appropriately designing experiments, and perform rigorous statistical analysis of the results.
  • Until verified, never assume work that was done before you meets required standards.

We emphasize strong documentation and communication to ensure that consistent progress is made on troubleshooting activities, and others will be able to refer to and clearly understand what was done.
