- Support the QC department of a CDMO in data review, personnel training, and the management of Out-of-Specification/Out-of-Trend (OOS/OOT) investigations, deviations, and Corrective And Preventive Actions (CAPA) closures.
- Identify high-impact areas for process improvements in the deviation management system.
- Prioritize and resolve a backlog of open deviations to reduce operational risk and improve compliance.
- Performed a deep-dive analysis of the Client’s deviation management system, using Pareto charts to identify and prioritize key areas for improvement.
- Developed tracking tables for open and aged deviations, facilitating weekly stakeholder updates and focused backlog resolutions.
- Introduced a custom investigation tool to streamline root cause analysis and provided subject matter expertise for effective deviation closure.
