Kymanox Announces the Appointment of Evan Edwards to Chief Executive Officer and the Transition of Stephen M. Perry to Executive Chairman

Morrisville, NC USA; King of Prussia, PA USA; 09 MARCH 2026 Kymanox®, a leading life sciences professional services firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Evan Edwards to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. As part of a strategic transition, Stephen M. Perry will assume the role of Executive Chairman of the Board, remaining actively involved in guiding Kymanox’s long-term vision and strategy, with a focus on growth through 2030 and beyond.

Edwards brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the life sciences industry, spanning entrepreneurial ventures and operational execution. He previously co-founded Kaleo, where he helped build and commercialize innovative therapies. Over the past four years at Kymanox, he has held multiple executive roles, most recently serving as President and Chief Innovation Officer. Since August 2025, Edwards has overseen the day-to-day operations of the company, driving growth, commercialization, and innovation across the enterprise.

Kymanox is also pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas Ciccarelli as Chief Operating Officer (COO), further strengthening the executive leadership team. Ciccarelli will oversee company-wide operations while continuing to lead the Kymanox Design and Innovation Center in King of Prussia, PA USA.
